Why You Should Get A Fitness Trainer

I know there are applications out there that should help you get fit, but no application can replace human instincts which is something required for training since we all have different needs.
If you are trying to get fit, you would need one of these: a personal fitness trainer or a gym instructor. The purpose of this post is establishing the pros and cons of the either options so you can make a decision on which is best for you.

Whether they are male or female, the subject of sex is irrelevant but you might want to pick a trainer of same sex for various subjective reasons.
The following comparative points should help you decide on an arrangement that is best for you:
  1. Personal trainers are usually more expensive than the gym subscriptions that come with instructors. This is because you pay for knowledge, time, mobilization and your comfort with personal trainers.
  2. A gym instructor has you and a whole lot of others to take care of at a go. Hence the onus is on you to watch, learn and catch up. On the other hand, a personal trainer focuses on one client at a time, hence you are bound to learn faster at your own pace.
  3. Gym subscriptions may come with other benefits like swimming although if you plan on building a personal gym, a personal trainer can build a gym that suits your need.
  4. Working with one trainer over time might get boring, there's need to visit the gym to see new faces and indeed socialize for motivation. If you have to socialize, you might opt for a gym instructor.
  5. To have a gym instructor, you must have paid a gym subscription which means you can workout anytime you like without booking or waiting on an appointment.
  6. With gym subscriptions, no one cares if you make it to the gym or not. On the other hand, a personal fitness trainer keeps you on your toes by constantly ensuring you make it to your sessions.
  7. Sometimes, going to the gym house might be inconvenient. The personal trainer comes in handy by giving you the required service at your home.
  8. If boundaries are not well managed, a personal trainer can go beyond training during a session but that responsibility falls on both parties. However, this is less likely with a gym instructor in a gym house.
  9. Some personal trainers use gym houses to train their clients, that's the best option for you since you'd get the benefit of socializing and the concentration provided by a personal trainer.

What's Best For You?
A good trainer is what's best for you. But there's more to gain from a personal trainer especially when they also use a gym house to train you. You get the benefits of a personal trainer and a gym instructor all in one. You get to socialize when you have to and also resort to your home when it's inconvenient to use a gym. If you can't trust yourself to constantly visit the gym, you should get a personal trainer as that's the best way to go.

Luckily, I am a personal trainer who's willing to train you at any location of your choice and at the same time have a deal with a fitness Centre that would bring other benefits such as swiming. Signing up with me for a price of 20,000 NGN brings ample benefits such as :
